We have a diverse and experienced team with backgrounds in private equity, business management, consulting and corporate finance. Crucially, we have a deep understanding of entrepreneurs, the challenges they face and the support they need to achieve their ambitions.
I started my career in the Corporate Finance team at PwC, having graduated from the University of Bath with a degree in Business Administration. I moved into an investing role early in my career as I wanted to work with management teams beyond a deal. I now have nearly 20 years investing experience and in that time have had the privilege of working with some exceptionally talented management teams.

Helping them achieve their ambitions is definitely the most rewarding part of my job and I relish the constant challenge of unlocking faster growth in a secure way - the partnerships we form with our management teams is always central to making that possible.
